 What's up Chat! Today I will be discussing my group members for the project and what's its like working with them so far. My group consists of Jonathan (Me), Jonnele, Courtney, and Nyles. Here's how its going...

Group Dynamics: So far working in a group has been very challenging. We've been filming once a week for the past month or so and we've had to overcome many obstacles to get here. Everybody has different ideas and point of view for how we envision the movie to come out. I mainly have been focusing on filming and playing my role as a character so I haven't been giving much input on directing the movie and where's its heading. But Nyle's and Jonnele have taken over that role of directing as me and Courtney have been focusing on the filming aspect of the movie. We have a lot of complex discussions during the filming process and that takes away from our time, which makes working in a group harder. On the contrary, there are many positive with working in a group. Distributing the work to make sure the workload is even for everybody helps the filming process 10x easier. Having Nyles edit, me film, and Courtney and Jonnele direct helps reduce the stress of the overall film. Additionally, when we all are on the same page we get work done fast and easy. When we work as a team with the same goal in mind we get so much work done, it makes me feel accomplished at the end of the day. Furthermore, we haven't had any problems with people not contributing and etc... We all contribute to the workload equally.
