Jasiah's Wish

 What's up chat! Today I will be discussing my wish lists. I am in a hypothetical world where I have a multi-million dollar movie production budget and I can have any actor, prop, setting, anything I want to help me produce a top movie. Here's what would be on my wish list...

Actors: If I was producing a top movie like Scream or Star wars. A movie that would be showed in AMC or Cinemark I would start by choosing my actors. For my film I used high school students with no prior acting experience or anything. In a dream world I would pick actors who have tons of experience with movies and different films. One actor I would choose is Jenna Ortega, since I am going for a teenage dream/slasher movie, Jenna Ortega would have been a perfect fit for the main character. She has acted in teenager TV Shows and she acts in Scream which is a highly recognized horror movie. Therefore, this would be the first change in my movie.

Setting/Location: If I had a multi-million dollar budget I would change the setting and location of my film as well. In Courtney's house the lighting isn't the best and her room design isn't the best for shooting a horror movie. Although it does fit the teenage dream aspect of our movie. I would move the film to a location with better lighting available. The lighting was the biggest problem of our movie and having a setting with good lighting would be perfect for the idea I would want to portray in my movie.

Tools: With a bigger budget I would want a more high quality film camera with a mic included on the camera. My camera is a Canon, which can film and take photos but I think it works best for taking photos. I like the film quality for like a lifestyle or YouTube video recording but for an actual project or movie production I don't think my camera is the best. My camera also did not have a microphone attached with it so capturing audio was a challenge for our film. I would buy a high quality microphone for my film as well. Lighting tools like film lights and key lights would also be purchased for my film. So that lighting would not be a challenge at all for my film.

Editing: Nyles is the editor for my film and I personally don't have any problems with his editing style or how he has edited our film so far. But he is not a movie producer and with my budget I would hire a bunch of amazing movie editors to edit my film. These editors would be people who have edited top movies before mine and I would hire them to edit my movie. These editors would have the top computers and editing software to make my movie have th best production quality possible.
