Jasiah Vs Filming!

What's Up Chat! Recently me and my group have finally started filming our project. This is officially Day 1 of Filming and here's how it went...

Day 1 of Filming: Recently, me and my group went to my friend Courtney's house, and we started filming our establishing shots outside of the house capturing the environment. We also filmed shots we plan to use in the title sequence of our movie. These shots were aesthetic, girly items Courtney has in her room. But we will be using these items to portray the personality of our main character. We tried filming during the afternoon so we can use the natural light from the sun in our shots as the lighting in Courtney's room isn't the best. Moreover, my camera was able to capture the quality and sound very well. The sound is going to need editing because of background noise and chatter. Also, we need editing for the camera shakiness because as a camera man I don't have any of the tools to keep the camera steady, so it is pretty difficult keeping the camera steady during the shoots. I needed Courtney and Nyles for some shots because I wasn't able to see different scenes from their perspective. But receiving their input really helped me visualize how we want our movie to go. I realized that it's fun to work with different people and get feedback from them. We all have different ideas, and we also can understand and agree with each other. So, it's fun to have people who think alike as me. Furthermore, we finished our title sequence and opening of our movie during Day 1. Going onto Day 2 we may have to discuss and refilm shots. After the sun began going down, we had to call it a day and finish filming. Ultimately, I can't wait to finish filming the project and see my ideas come to life.
