Final Project Mood Board

 What up chat, It has certainly been a while. Recently me and my group have been very busy on working on our final project. This regards filming, planning, etc... Today I present you with our final projects mood board as a sneak peak into our movie...

Mood Board: To begin, me and my group want our audience to experience a roller coaster of emotions throughout this opener. Since our main character is essentially a girl the top left is really feminine with light, soft colors and there's pictures of girls. This starts the upbeat soft mood of our opener appealing to teenagers. Next is girl items such as makeup, feminine candles and perfumes. Also light, soft colors such as pink which also appeal to teenage girls. This represents the main characters interest as she is a teenage girl she is representing "girlhood". This aims towards our goal of achieving a teenage dream type of opener. The bottom left peers into 2nd half of the opener as we plan to introduce the main characters boyfriend. This appeals to teenagers in relationship and helps us reach our teenage dream goal by using "teenage romance". The boys aesthetic is a sports, jock kind of look, as the boyfriend will be a football player and the girlfriend is a cheerleader. There is a dark image within this corner to represent the boyfriends hidden murderous intent that he withholds from his girlfriend. The bottom right corner represents their loving relationship. The cute pictures of couples hugging and the guy outside with flowers shows their love for each other and how sweet of a couple they are. This acts as sort of a plot twist as the couple is seen as such a cute and loving couple you would never expect for the boyfriend to be a killer. And lastly, the bottom house represents the setting of our opener. A nice 2 story house in a great looking neighborhood.
