Costumes!!!

 What's up chat! Today we are discussing the costumes we decided for our characters. The costumes may seem like a minor detail, but they are very important in portraying our characters. We can learn a lot about a character's style based on their physical appearance. Therefore, after many conversations we decided on our final outfits and heres how it went...

Boyfriend: The first images represent the clothing I will be wearing during our filming session. Since, we are trying to portray me as a Jock, Football orientated boyfriend we Chose a Varsity Jacket. I personally like the color red, so the red varsity Jacket was a perfect fit. Additionally, red symbolizes Love and Passion which helps represent me and Jasmines (the girlfriend in our movie) relationship. Moreover, I chose a White Shirt for layering underneath the red varsity Jacket. We also chose black jeans since I don't really own any blue jeans, and I feel like black would match better with the red jacket. And lastly, the shoes, I own a red pair of dunks that I really like. They are very stylish and the match perfectly with the varsity jacket. Red and white varsity jacket with red and white shoes is perfect.

Girlfriend: For Jasmines outfit we decided on a softer color tone. Since her usual style is soft and sweet. This color also matches her personality as we want her character to be portrayed as a sweet and loving girlfriend. The white tube top helps match my white and red varsity jacket. And the blue shorts were a good fit to help match her shirt. We couldn't decide between blue shorts or jeans, so this is subject to change. She will be wearing lip gloss and makeup during her shoot as well.
